  • 1 can crushed corn or (20 oz.) bag frozen corn, crushed
  • 2 eggs, slightly beaten
  • 2 Tbsp. flour
  • 2 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1 c. milk
  • salt and pepper
  • lots of butter

Directions

    Mix all ingredients together.

    Place in a buttered casserole (a flat 9 x 13-inch baking pan works best).

    Top with butter.

    Bake in oven at 300° for 1 hour or until golden brown.
