- 1/3 c. sugar
- 1 egg
- 2 Tbsp. water
Directions

1Beat egg slightly in small deep dish; add sugar and continue beating until very thick.

2Add water gradually until thick and light.

3Add flour all at once; fold in with a spoon.

4Drop dough from tablespoon onto a greased and floured cookie sheet.

5Spread dough into a very thin 5-inch circle.

6Bake only 3 cookies at a time so you can roll them quickly.

7Bake at 350° for 10 minutes. Remove cookies immediately and roll into a cone.

8Fill with fruit or Cool Whip.
