- 6 pieces bacon, fried
- 2 medium onions, chopped
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 1 (13 3/4 oz.) chicken broth
- 1/2 pt. light cream
- pepper to taste
- 1 bay leaf
- 2 stalks celery
- 1 (16 oz.) can creamed corn
- 1 can regular corn
- 12 oz. minced clams
- 4 to 5 medium potatoes
Directions

1Fry bacon.

2Leave drippings in pan and saute onions.

3Add bay leaf, broth, celery, potatoes, juice of clams and pepper.

4Cook, covered, 15 to 20 minutes, until potatoes are done.

5Add corn and clams.

6Cook, covered, 5 minutes.

7Add cream and heat.

8Add bacon last.
