Ingredients

  • 1 c. self-rising meal
  • 1/2 c. oil
  • 1 c. or carton sour cream
  • 1 can cream-style corn (I use Pride of Illinois, white)
  • 2 eggs

Directions

    Mix well.

    Bake in 10 x 12-inch cake pan or large skillet. Grease pan and bake at 450° until done.

    I brown mine.
