- 1 stick butter or margarine
- 1 (8 oz.) sour cream
- 1 pkg. Jiffy corn bread mix
- 1 can creamed corn
- 1 can whole kernel corn, drained
- 6 slices bacon, cooked crisp, crumbled
- 1/2 c. sharp cheese, shredded
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350°.

2Mix margarine and sour cream; blend well.

3Slowly add Jiffy corn bread mix.

4Add the creamed corn, whole corn and crumbled bacon.

5Spread in a square baking pan (grease pan).

6Sprinkle cheese over top and spread evenly.

7Bake, uncovered, 50 minutes to 1 hour, until golden brown.
