- 2 packages yellow corn muffin mix (I use Martha White)
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 12 cup egg substitute
- 1 cup skim milk
- 1 (11 ounce) can corn, drained
- 4 -5 hot dogs, chopped (I use Fat Free Oscar Meyer)
- non stick cooking spray
Directions

1Combine muffin mix and brown sugar in a bowl.

2Combine eggs and milk; stir into muffin mixture until moistened.

3Stir in hot dogs and corn.

4Fill paper-lined muffin cups sprayed with non stick cooking spray about 3/4 full.

5Bake at 400 for 14-16 minutes or until golden brown.
