- 1 pound ground turkey
- 1/4 cup yellow cornmeal
- 1 egg, lightly beaten
- 1/2 to 1 jalapeno pepper, seeded and chopped
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- 2 to 4 drops hot pepper sauce
- 1/2 to 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 cup fresh corn, cooked
- 1 cup picante sauce
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
Directions

1In a medium bowl, combine the first nine ingredients; mix well. Shape into four patties. Heat oil in skillet; fry patties over medium heat for about 4 minutes per side or until done.

2Heat sauce ingredients in a small saucepan; serve over burgers. Serve on hamburger buns if desired.
