  • 1/4 c. low-fat cottage cheese, drained
  • 1 Tbsp. snipped parsley
  • 1 Tbsp. skim milk
  • 1 tsp. vinegar
  • 1 tsp. prepared mustard
  • 1/4 tsp. prepared horseradish
