- 5-6 Medium Ripe Tomatoes
- 1 Medium Onion
- 1/2 Teaspoon Finely Chopped Garlic
- 1 Medium Potato (Optional)
- 2-3 Medium Carrots
- 1 Cup Grated Cottage Cheese
- 2 Teaspoon Chopped Coriander Leaves
- Salt to taste
- 1/4 Teaspoon Pepper
Directions

1Chop the vegetables.

2Put all chopped vegetables in a pressure cooker.

3Add salt and black pepper kernels. Close lid and after 1 whistle simmer for 10-15 min.

4After it cools, mash in an electric mixer and strain .

5Just before serving add grated cottage cheese and garnish with coriander.
