  • 5-6 Medium Ripe Tomatoes
  • 1 Medium Onion
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Finely Chopped Garlic
  • 1 Medium Potato (Optional)
  • 2-3 Medium Carrots
  • 1 Cup Grated Cottage Cheese
  • 2 Teaspoon Chopped Coriander Leaves
  • Salt to taste
  • 1/4 Teaspoon Pepper

Directions

    Chop the vegetables.

    Put all chopped vegetables in a pressure cooker.

    Add salt and black pepper kernels. Close lid and after 1 whistle simmer for 10-15 min.

    After it cools, mash in an electric mixer and strain .

    Just before serving add grated cottage cheese and garnish with coriander.
