- 1 lb. minced beef
- 1 rasher bacon
- 1 onion
- 1 1/2 lb. potato
- 1/2 oz. butter
- 1 oz. flour
- 1 large tomato
- 6 oz. beef stock
- 2 oz. mushrooms
- 1 oz. grated cheese
- seasoning
- milk
Directions

1Heat a nonstick pan; chop the bacon and put into the pan. When the fat runs out of the bacon, add the meat and allow to brown, turning the mixture frequently.

2Slice the onion thinly, add to the meat and cook for a few minutes until soft.

3Slice the tomato and mushrooms.

4Add these to the pan and cook for 2 to 3 minutes.

5Add seasoning to taste.

6Sprinkle the flour into the pan.

7Continue to stir whilst adding the beef stock.

8When the mixture has thickened, simmer gently for 15 minutes.
