  • 1 lb. potatoes
  • 2 Tbsp. milk
  • 1/2 oz. butter
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 8 oz. minced beef
  • 1 tsp. mixed herbs
  • stock

    Boil the potatoes; drain and mash them with the milk, butter and seasoning.

    Fry the onion for about 5 minutes and mix with the minced meat with a little stock and mixed herbs.
