Ingredients

  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 2 tsp diced onion
  • 2 tbsp grated carrot
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 100 g minced beef
  • 3 potatoes
  • 1/3 cup skimmed milk

    Preheat oven to 200C

    Saute 1 garlic clove, onion, carrot and 2 tbsp olive oil in pan for 2 minutes.

    Add minced beef and cook until browned.

    Meanwhile cook baby potatoes (skin on) in boiling water for 10 minutes.

    Drain and mash with 1 tbsp olive oil, milk and roasted garlic clove.

    In a baking dish, layer beef with potatoes in top, bake for 5-10 minutes.
