- 6 medium pork chops
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1 clove garlic, chopped
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1 tablespoon parsley
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 6 medium potatoes
- 2 medium onions
- 2 cups hot milk
- 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
- 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
Directions

1Cut fat from chops.

2Roll chops in flour and brown in skillet along with garlic.

3Season with salt and pepper.

4Combine parsley with 2 tbsp flour.

5Butter a 2qt casserole dish and put 3 of the chops in a single layer.

6Sprinkle with 1/2 of the flour and parsley mixture.

7Top with 1/2 of the potatoes and onions.

8repeat layers.

9Mix milk, salt and mustard.

10Pour over all and cover tightly.

11Bake for 1-1/2 hrs at 350.

12remove cover the last 30 minutes to brown.
