- 1/2 lb. American cheese
- 1 slice bread
- 2/3 to 1 c. butter or margarine, melted
- parsley flakes
- 1 green pepper
- 1 large onion
- 1 Tbsp. salt
Directions

1Boil, peel and slice potatoes.

2Add small amount of milk to moisten.

3Add American cheese (finely cut), bread (finely cut), butter, parsley flakes, green pepper (finely cut) and onion (finely cut).

4Add salt.

5Place in large casserole.

6Cover top with crushed corn flakes.

7Bake 1 hour at 350°.
