- 2 slices bread
- chopped onion
- 1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese
- 1/2 diced green pepper
- salt and pepper
- 1/4 lb. margarine
Directions

1Cook the potatoes with the skins on, then peel potatoes. Crumble the bread.

2Place all ingredients in a 13 x 9-inch pan. Cover with 1-inch of milk.
