- 10 large, boiled potatoes
- 1 jar pimentos, chopped and diced
- 1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese
- 1 c. milk
- 1/2 c. butter
- corn flake crumbs
Directions

1Peel and cut potatoes into small sections.

2When cooled, salt and pepper to taste.

3Mix diced pimentos, potatoes and diced cheese.

4Toss together and place in 9 x 13-inch pan.

5Melt butter in milk.
