  • 10 large, boiled potatoes
  • 1 jar pimentos, chopped and diced
  • 1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese
  • 1 c. milk
  • 1/2 c. butter
  • corn flake crumbs

Directions

    Peel and cut potatoes into small sections.

    When cooled, salt and pepper to taste.

    Mix diced pimentos, potatoes and diced cheese.

    Toss together and place in 9 x 13-inch pan.

    Melt butter in milk.
