- 1 c. melted oleo (reserve 1/2 c.)
- 2 c. corn flakes, crumbed
- 1 pt. sour cream
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1/2 c. onions
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
Directions

1Mix 1/2 cup oleo with corn flakes for topping.

2Mix wet ingredients; add to potatoes.

3Put in a 9 x 13-inch cake pan. Cover with foil.

4Bake at 350° for 20 minutes; uncover and bake 20 minutes more.
