- 1 large onion, cut fine
- 1 green pepper, cut fine
- 1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese
- 2 slices fresh cubed bread
- 1 small can pimento
- salt and pepper to taste
- 3/4 c. melted butter
Directions

1Dice all; add all ingredients to potatoes and add enough milk to moisten.

2Pour over this 3/4 cup melted butter.

3Put in baking dish and cover top with cornflake crumbs.

4Bake for 40 minutes at 350°.
