  • 5 lb. potatoes
  • 5 slices bread
  • 5 Tbsp. dehydrated onions
  • 5 Tbsp. parsley flakes
  • 1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese
  • 2 c. milk
  • 1 c. oleo
  • dash of salt and pepper

Directions

    Cook potatoes, with skin, until done.

    Cool, then cube the potatoes.

    Crumble bread.

    Cube cheese.

    Add all ingredients together into a baking pan.

    Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.
