  • 4 Tbsp. flax seed
  • juice from 3 lemons
  • 1 c. water
  • 1 c. strained honey

Directions

    Boil flax seed in water, then strain out seed.

    Add lemon juice and honey (mix well).

    Keep in a cool place.

    Take 1 tablespoon every 2 or 3 hours.
