- 2 c. sour cream
- 3 tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 c. vegetable shortening
- squeeze butter
Directions

1Sift together flour, baking powder and sugar.

2Cut in shortening with a pastry blender.

3Blend in sour cream.

4Turn out on lightly floured board.

5Handle gently and make into a ball. Pat out.

6Cut.

7Place in a baking pan.

8Dribble with a squeeze butter.

9Bake at 450° for 10 to 12 minutes or until done.
