  • 9-inch pie shell
  • 1 1/2 c. grated Swiss cheese
  • 1 1/4 c. chopped green pepper
  • 1 1/4 c. red pepper
  • 2 Tbsp. onion, chopped
  • 4 eggs, slightly beaten
  • 1 c. light cream
