  • 9-inch pie shell
  • 1 1/2 c. grated Swiss cheese
  • 2 Tbsp. chopped onion
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 c. light cream

    Fry, drain and crumble sausage.

    Mix with cheese and sprinkle in unbaked pie shell.

    Combine remaining ingredients and add to egg mixture.
