  • 1 head cabbage
  • 3 Red potatoes
  • 1 large onion
  • 2 can Cream of mushroom soup
  • 2 cup Broccoli
  • 1 can Corned beef
  • 1 tsp Garlic powder
  • 1 Pepper
  • 1 Salt
  • 3 cup Cornbread mix
  • 1 cup Buttermilk

Directions

    Bring cabbage to slow boil,preheat oven to 400F

    Add diced potatoes and quartered onion
  3. 3
    Add salt ,pepper,garlic powder
  4. 4
    Add broccoli an cook till tender but not mushy,drain liquid

    Place in large baking pan or the aluminum disposable ones

    Mix in 2 cans of soup and corned beef

    Prepare cornbread as bag says,I add 1/4 cup self rising flour also,mix wet so will spread good

    Cover with the cornbread mix an put in oven till cornbread starts to brown
