  • 1/2 pt. sour cream
  • 2 cans cream of mushroom soup mix
  • 1 1/2 to 2 lb. cut up and skinned chicken
  • 1 pkg. chipped beef

Directions

    Line bottom of cookie sheet with beef.

    Place chicken on top and cover with the soup mixture.

    Bake at 350° for 1 to 1 1/2 hours.

    Serve with flavored rice, such as curry or saffron instead of vegetable and potato or salad.
