  • 1 can whole kernel corn (not drained)
  • 1 can cream-style corn
  • 1 egg, slightly beaten
  • 1 Jiffy corn muffin mix
  • 1/2 c. margarine, melted
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 1 c. Cheddar cheese

Directions

    Combine all ingredients, except Cheddar cheese.

    Bake at 350° in casserole dish sprayed with Pam for approximately 45 minutes. Add the Cheddar cheese on top after half done.
