- 1 can cream-style corn
- 1 egg, slightly beaten
- 1 Jiffy corn muffin mix
- 1/2 c. margarine, melted
- 1 c. sour cream
- 1 c. Cheddar cheese
Directions

1Combine all ingredients, except Cheddar cheese.

2Bake at 350° in casserole dish sprayed with Pam for approximately 45 minutes. Add the Cheddar cheese on top after half done.
