- 1 2/3 c. cornmeal
- 1 c. flour
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 Tbsp. baking powder
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 1/2 c. half and half (milk)
- 3/4 c. margarine
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1/4 c. mayonnaise
- 1/2 can creamed corn
- 1/2 c. grated cheese
Directions

1Combine first 5 ingredients in a large bowl, mixing well. Combine remaining ingredients in a separate bowl and add to dry ingredients.

2Stir until moistened well.

3Pour into greased dish, 13 x 9 x 2-inch, or muffin pans.

4Bake at 425° for about 35 minutes or 20 minutes for muffins.
