- 8 slices bread (decrust optional)
- 1 lb. sausage
- 2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
- 5 eggs
- 2 1/2 c. milk
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
Directions

1Toast the bread if desired.

2Layer in greased pan.

3Cook the sausage; crumble, drain well and sprinkle over bread.

4Sprinkle cheese over sausage.

5Beat eggs, milk, salt and mustard.

6Pour over other ingredients.

7Let stand overnight.

8Partially cover with foil and bake at 325° for 1 hour; uncover and bake 10 more minutes.

9Can freeze; reheats well.
