- 1 Tbsp. oil
- 2 large onions, sliced thin
- 2 large green peppers, sliced to bite size
- 1/2 tsp. oregano
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
Directions

1In a 12-inch skillet over medium heat, cook hot dogs until lightly browned, stirring occasionally.

2Remove hot dogs; set aside.

3In same skillet over medium heat, cook peppers and onions in the oil; add seasonings.

4Cook until tender, stirring often. Add hot dogs.

5Toss gently.

6Heat thoroughly.
