  • 1 (16 oz.) pkg. hot dogs, cut diagonally into 1/4-inch slices
  • 1 Tbsp. oil
  • 2 large onions, sliced thin
  • 2 large green peppers, sliced to bite size
  • 1/2 tsp. oregano
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper

    In a 12-inch skillet over medium heat, cook hot dogs until lightly browned, stirring occasionally.

    Remove hot dogs; set aside.

    In same skillet over medium heat, cook peppers and onions in the oil; add seasonings.

    Cook until tender, stirring often. Add hot dogs.
