- 1/4 c. butter or margarine
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 1/4 tsp. cinnamon

1Peel, core and thinly slice apples.

2In large skillet, melt butter or margarine.

4Saute 10 minutes.

5Combine sugar and cinnamon; sprinkle over apples.

6Cook, stirring occasionally, until tender, about 5 minutes more.
