  • 1 c. flour
  • salt and pepper
  • 2 Tbsp. shortening
  • 2 Tbsp. flour
  • water

    Coat steak with flour mixture.

    Heat shortening in a large skillet.

    Add steaks and fry on both sides until browned and meat juices run clear.
