- 1 round steak, tenderized
- 1/2 c. oil
- 1 c. flour
- salt to taste
- black pepper to taste
- 1 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 can cream of onion soup
Directions

1Cut round steak into pieces.

2Put salt, pepper and garlic with flour on both sides.

3Fry in a covered skillet over medium heat until almost done.

4Remove meat; pour oil from pan and add soup and 1 can water.

5Put meat back and simmer for 10 to 15 minutes.
