- 4 cups country ham, cooked & ground
- 1 cup dried breadcrumbs
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 cup vinegar
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 2 teaspoons prepared mustard
Directions

1Combine the ham, bread crumbs, eggs and milk in a bowl.

2Form into small balls and place in a shallow baking dish.

3Mix the vinegar, water, brown sugar and mustard in a separate bowl.

4Pour the mixture over the ham tballs.

5Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes or until brown.
