  • 1 1/4 c. cooked country ham, chopped
  • 4 Tbsp. chopped green onion
  • 2 Tbsp. chopped bell pepper
  • 2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 4 Tbsp. milk
  • 1 tsp. black pepper
  • 1/3 c. chopped pecans

Directions

    In a food processor, grind ham.

    Add onion and bell pepper. Chop well.

    Add cream cheese, sour cream, milk and pepper.

    Blend well.

    Pour into a greased 2-quart baking dish.

    Top with pecans. Bake at 350° for 15 minutes.
