  • 4 c. half and half
  • 4 to 5 c. milk
  • 2 Tbsp. vanilla
  • 1/2 tsp. salt

    Add sugar gradually to beaten eggs, beating well after each addition.

    When mixture becomes very stiff, add other ingredients and mix thoroughly.

    Freeze in gallon ice cream freezer.
