Ingredients
- 1/4 c. margarine
- 1 c. chopped onions
- 3/4 c. chopped celery
- 1/4 c. chopped green pepper
- 2 cloves garlic, minced or pressed
- 2 cans vegetarian burger (20 oz. each)
- 5 eggs, slightly beaten
- 1 c. finely chopped pecans
- 3/4 c. finely chopped salted cashews
- 1/2 c. fine dry bread crumbs
- 1/2 tsp. thyme
- 1/4 tsp. nutmeg
Directions

1Melt margarine in a skillet.

2Add onion, celery, green pepper and garlic.

3Cover and cook at medium heat until vegetables are tender, but not brown.

4Combine cooked vegetable mixture with remaining ingredients.

5Mix by hand or with a mixer until well blended.
