- 1 lb. lard
- 4 Tbsp. butter
- 1/4 tsp. baking soda
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 egg, in measuring cup (add 1 Tbsp. vinegar and enough ice water to fill cup; mix well)
Directions

1Mix flour, baking soda and salt together.

2Cut butter and lard into flour until mixture resembles crumbs.

3Add water and mix until mixture comes away from bowl.

4Sometimes you may have to add more water.

5Roll out on floured surface.
