- 2 1/2 or 3 lb. country style pork chops
- No. 3 can sauerkraut
- salt and pepper
- 1/2 tsp. caraway seed
Directions

1Spread sauerkraut over the bottom of a Dutch oven.

2Sprinkle seeds on top.

3Salt and pepper the meat to taste and lay on top of the kraut.

4Put on cover and bake at 325° at least 3 1/2 hours (remove the cover the last 1/2 hour).

5Serve with cold applesauce and jalapeno corn bread
