- 1 large chuck roast
- potatoes, peeled and diced into cubes
- carrots
- 1 diced onion
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 envelope Lipton onion soup
Directions

1Sprinkle roast with 1/2 the onion, entire envelope Lipton onion soup and cream of mushroom soup.

2Also salt and pepper to your desire.

3Cover roast with tinfoil.

4Place in roasting pan with potatoes, carrots and the other half of the onion.

5Cover to top of roast with water. Cover pan and cook at 300° for 3 1/4 to 4 hours.
