- 3 c. all-purpose flour
- 2 c. brown sugar
- 1 1/2 c. plain yogurt
- 3/4 c. butter (1 1/2 sticks)
- 1 Tbsp. ground cinnamon
- 1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
- 1 1/2 tsp. nutmeg
- 3/4 tsp. baking soda
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1/8 tsp. ground ginger
- 3 eggs
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350°.

2Grease and lightly flour a 12-cup ring mold or 10-inch tube pan.

3Measure flour and remaining ingredients into large mixing bowl.

4With mixer at low speed, beat ingredients just until mixed, frequently scraping bowl with spatula.

5Increase speed to high; beat 2 minutes, occasionally scraping bowl.

6Turn batter into prepared pan.

7Bake 55 to 60 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center of cake comes out clean.

8Cool 10 minutes on wire rack.

9Remove from pan; cool.
