- 2 lb. stew beef
- 3 or 4 carrots
- 2 medium onions
- 3 or 4 ribs celery
- 4 or 5 medium red potatoes
- salt and pepper to taste
- 5 Tbsp. small pearl tapioca
- 1 c. water
- 2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 tsp. ground allspice
- 1/4 tsp. marjoram
- 1/4 tsp. thyme
- 1 bay leaf
- 28 oz. can whole tomatoes
Directions

1Cut vegetables and beef in same size chunks.

2Put ingredients into a large stew pot in order given.

3Cover and cook in 375° oven for 1 1/2 hours or until all is done.
