- 3 pheasants, quartered
- 3/4 c. flour
- 1/4 c. cornmeal
- 1 tsp. black or cayenne pepper
- 1/2 c. butter
- 1 c. water or chicken stock
- 2 tsp. dehydrated minced onion
- 1/2 lb. button mushrooms
- 1/2 c. heavy cream
- Hungarian paprika
- 1 Tbsp. dried parsley
Directions

1Rinse pheasants with cold water and pat dry with paper towels. On a pie plate, combine flour, cornmeal, salt and pepper.

2Dredge meat in the flour mixture using fingertips to pat coating on the meat.

3Let stand 5 minutes.
