- 1 lb. smoked sausage
- 4 large potatoes, sliced
- 3 carrots, sliced
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 3 tsp. bacon drippings or vegetable oil
- 1/2 c. celery, sliced
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1In large skillet, fry potatoes, carrots, celery and onion in bacon drippings over low heat.

2Season with salt and pepper.

3When carrots and potatoes are tender, place smoked sausage on top; cover and heat for about 12 minutes.
