- 3 Tbsp. bacon drippings or oil
- 4 large potatoes, sliced thin
- 3 carrots, sliced
- 1/2 c. celery, sliced
- 1 medium chopped onion
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1Fry sliced potatoes, carrots, celery and onion in oil over low heat in heavy skillet.

2Season with salt and pepper.

3When carrots and potatoes are tender, place sausage on top.

4Cover; heat about 12 minutes.
