  • 8 oz. pkg. elbow macaroni
  • 1 c. chopped onion
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 8 oz. sour cream
  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 can cream of celery soup
  • 1 (17 oz.) can peas, drained

Directions

    Cook macaroni; drain. Combine ground beef, onion and seasonings in heavy saucepan. Stir in sour cream and soup.

    Cover and simmer 10 minutes. Stir in macaroni. Spoon mixture into casserole. Bake at 350° for 35 minutes.
