  • 1 small box of cous cous
  • Use low sodium chicken broth to prepare cous cous instead of water.
  • grape tomates 1 pkg
  • 1 pkg feta (tomato basil)
  • 1 cucumber diced
  • 1/4 cup newman's own balsamic dressing

Directions

    Prepare cous cous using box directions, substitute LS chcken broth for water, because the feta is salty.

    peel and dice the cucumber, cut the tomatoes in half.

    When cous cous is cooked, add it to a larger bowl. Add cucmber, tomatoes, feta and pepper ( i love a lot in there). Then add the dressing. Mix very well, allow to sit in fridge before serving.
