Ingredients
- 28 ounces Heinz ketchup
- 12 ounces chili sauce
- 1/3 cup Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon dry mustard
- 1 1/2 cups dark brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons fresh ground black pepper
- 1 1/2 cups red wine vinegar
- 1 cup fresh lemon juice
- 1/2 cup steak sauce
- 1/4 teaspoon Tabasco sauce
- 1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons canola oil
- 1 (12 ounce) can beer
- 3 garlic cloves (crushed, not sliced)
Directions

1Bring all ingredients except garlic in sauce pan and heat to a light boil.

2Remove from heat and cool.

3Add garlic and stir well.

4Pour into pint jars to store.

5Can be kept for several weeks in the fridge, for longer storage, freeze in freezer.
