- 2 lb. ham hock
- 16 oz. can tomato paste
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 4 oz. can green chiles
Directions

1Soak beans.

2Add ham hock and cook 1 hour.

3Take out ham and dice.

4Return to beans.

5Add paste, onion, sugar and chiles. Simmer until done.
