- 2 lb. lean ground beef
- 2 c. barbecue sauce
- 1 medium Spanish onion, diced
- 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
- 1/2 tsp. whole celery seed
- 2 tsp. prepared mustard
- 1/4 c. dark molasses
- 1 (16 oz.) can pork and beans
- 1 (15 1/4 oz.) can dark red kidney beans
- 1 (15 oz.) can pinto or navy beans
- 1 (8 oz.) jar mushrooms
Directions

1In a large Dutch oven, brown ground beef.

2Drain off fat.

3Add barbecue sauce, onion, salt, celery seed, mustard, molasses, beans and mushrooms to ground beef. Stir well.

4Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer 1 hour. Serve hot, or cool and freeze for later use.
