- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1/2 c. barbecue sauce
- 1 Tbsp. minced onion
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. brown sugar
- 1 (8 oz.) can refrigerator biscuits
- 3/4 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Directions

1Saute ground beef until browned, stirring to crumble.

2Drain off grease.

3Stir in barbecue sauce, onion and brown sugar.

4Place biscuits in greased muffin cup, pressing to cover bottom and sides of cups.

5Spoon meat mixture into cups and sprinkle with cheese. Bake at 400° for 10 to 12 minutes.
